Pause @ UoB

Pause@uni is a place for students aged up to the age of 25, where you can talk about anything that may be worrying you. We are a friendly team of trained and experienced workers, and are here to offer a listening ear, and share support and advice if needed. We offer "brief intervention" which means we help you make sense of any issues you wish to speak about, and help you navigate other support services if you feel it may help you.

We are open every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 11-5pm at 1, The Lodge North Gate for 1-2-1 sessions. You do not need to make an appointment, just drop in to see us
